Pre-leasing Service: Begins with a study of the client’s brand and image, growth plan, space expectations and essential human factors – nature of workforce, demands of work, hierarchies at work, dependencies on public transportation and the like. Based on this understanding and our ground analysis data, we recommend a perfect fit in terms of location, type of lease plan, future expansion of space and other factors critical for established corporates, enterprises and start-ups.

Ground Analysis Process: Inventory of existing equipments and space ratio, space requirement analysis, calculating existing client space requirements, growth projection and space planning, new office building analysis, identify actual usable space, M&E / IT infrastructure provisions and preliminary space test fit, site survey and establish accuracy of existing drawings, space and facilities planning and development.

Lease Plans: They should be mindful of the client’s growth and development prospects and exclude clauses that could be disadvantageous. Further we give total support in vetting documents and executing legal aspects of the lease, with or without the direct participation of the client.
